<br />IJrtUlHANCE lIO~o~ V' <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS AND ESTIMATED <br />REVENUES BY $162,969.66 IN THE FY 2006-2007 SOCIAL SERVICES FUND <br />OPERATING BUDGET FOR A NEW CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICES <br />PROGRAM IMPROVEMENT PLAN. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the sum of $162,969.66 is hereby appropriated in the FY-2006-2007 <br />Social Services Fund Operating Budget to be used to provide funding for a new account, <br />hereby authorized, in the Department of Social Services for a Child and Family Services <br />Program Improvement Plan. <br /> <br />2. That the source of funds for the appropnahon shall be $162,969.66 <br />received from the Virginia Department of Social Services and that a local match of <br />$32,593.94 is required and shall be satisfied from previously appropriated funds. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2006-2007 Social Services Fund <br />Operating Budget are increased by $162,969.66. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on September 12,2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
