<br />Ga\l\HNU ..2006 - 83 . <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $571,500 IN THE FY 2006-2007 <br />RECREATION FUND OPERATING BUDGET TO COVER PROGRAM <br />EXPENDITURES FOR THE NEW BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL <br />RECREA TlONIEDUCA TlON CHILDCARE PROGRAM. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council ofthe City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the sum of $571,500 is appropriated in the FY 2006-2007 Recreation <br />Fund Operating Budget to fund the creation of the new Before and After School <br />Recreation/Education Program at Churchland Elementary, James Hurst Elementary, <br />Lakeview Elementary, and Park View Elementary Schools. <br /> <br />2. That the source of the appropriated funds shall be revenues collected for <br />services provided by the Program. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2006-2007 Recreation Fund Operating <br />Budget are increased by $571,500. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on September 12,2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
