<br />ORlIWU ..2006-82 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FY 2006-2007 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROGRAM AND APPROPRIATING $178,896 IN THE FY 2006-2007 CAPITAL <br />PROJECTS FUND BUDGET FOR A NEW POLICE VEHICLE STORAGE <br />BUILDING. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the FY 2006-2007 Capital Improvements Program is amended and <br />the sum of $178,896 is appropriated in the FY 2006-2007 Capital Projects Fund Budget <br />to fund the construction of a new Police Vehicle Storage Building at the City Compound. <br /> <br />2. <br />Funds. <br /> <br />That the source of the appropriated funds shall be Federal Forfeiture <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues m the FY 2006-2007 Capital Projects Fund <br />Budget are increased by $178,896. <br /> <br />4.
