<br />oaDIIWI:E 112006..,81 ~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE FY 2006-2007 GENERAL FUND BY <br />REDUCING THE OPERATING TRANSFER TO THE CAPITAL PROJECTS <br />FUND BY $350,000 AND BY REPROGRAMMING SAID FUNDS IN THE CITY <br />GARAGE FUND. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the Fire Vehicle and Storage Building project previously funded in <br />the FY 2006-2007 Capital Projects Fund is hereby deleted from the FY 2006-2007 <br />Capital Improvements Program, and the operating transfer from the General Fund to the <br />Capital Projects Fund for said project is reduced by $350,000. <br /> <br />2. That the operating transfer from the FY 2006-2007 General Fund to the <br />City Garage Fund is increased by $350,000 for the acquisition of a rehabilitative services <br />vehicle for firefighters and the acquisition of a heavy duty rescue vehicle for the <br />Department of Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Services. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on September 12,2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
