<br />oRDltWC(_006-S0 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $182,500 FROM THE EDWARD <br />DlSCRETlONARYNIRGINIA DRUG TREATMENT COURT GRANT <br />PROGRAM AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2006-2007 <br />GRANTS FUND BUDGET FOR CONTINUED OPERATING EXPENSES OF <br />THE PORTSMOUTH ADULT DRUG TREATMENT COURT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the City of Portsmouth hereby accepts $182,500 in funds from the <br />Edward DiscretionaryNirginia Drug Treatment Court Grant Program and appropriates <br />said amount in the FY 2006-2007 Grants Fund budget to be used for continued operating <br />expenses of the Portsmouth Adult Drug Treatment Court. <br /> <br />2. That the City's estimated revenue in the FY 2006-2007 Grants Fund <br />budget is increased by $182,500. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on September 12, 2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
