<br />uRDIINGa 200~79_ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE ESTIMATED REVENUES AND <br />EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATIONS BY $2,578,953 IN THE FY 2006-2007 <br />STORMW ATER MANAGEMENT FUND OPERATING BUDGET. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the sum of $2,578,953 is hereby appropriated in the FY-2006-2007 <br />Stormwater Management Fund Operating Budget to be used to provide the funding for <br />three storm water capital projects previously appropriated within the Capital Projects <br />Fund as part of the Capital Improvement Program for FY 2004-2005 through FY 2006- <br />2007. <br /> <br />2. That the source of funds for the appropriation shall be the FY 2006-2007 <br />Stormwater Management Fund fund balance. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2006-2007 Stormwater Management <br />Fund Operating Budget are increased by $2,578,953. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on August 22, 2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
