<br />nonwlUItt 18 2006-74 <br />~ - .~- <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $7,500 FROM THE COMMONWEALTH OF <br />VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH MENTAL RETARDATION <br />AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT <br />IN THE FY 2006-2007 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE SERVICES FUND <br />OPERATING BUDGET FOR CO-OCCURRING TRAINING AND TECHNICAL <br />ASSISTANCE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the City of Portsmouth hereby accepts $7,500 in funds from the <br />Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Mental Health Mental Retardation and <br />Substance Abuse Services and appropriates said amount in the FY 2006-2007 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund Operating Budget to be used for co-occurring training and <br />technical assistance. <br /> <br />2. That the City's estimated revenue in the FY 2006-2007 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund Operating Budget is increased by $7,500. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on August 22, 2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
