<br />0R0IIWIl.200~5 _ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $68,766 FROM THE COMMONWEALTH OF <br />VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH MENTAL RETARDATION <br />AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT <br />IN THE FY 2006-2007 BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES FUND <br />OPERATING BUDGET FOR PART C EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES <br />FOR INFANTS AND TODDLERS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the City of Portsmouth hereby accepts $68,766 in funds from the <br />Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Mental Health Mental Retardation and <br />Substance Abuse Services and appropriates said amount in the FY 2006-2007 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund Operating Budget to be used for Part C Early Intervention <br />Services for infants and toddlers. <br /> <br />2. That the City's estimated revenue 111 the FY 2006-2007 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund is increased by $68,766. <br /> <br />3.
