<br />_.200~;:69 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY'S FY 2006-2007 GENERAL FUND <br />OPERATING BUDGET TO INCREASE ESTIMATED REVENUES AND <br />EXPENDITURES BY THE SUM OF $14,898 TO PROVIDE FOR A PART-TIME <br />MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR FOR THE PORTSMOUTH MUSEUMS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the FY 2006-2007 General Fund Operating Budget be amended by <br />appropriating therein the additional sum of $14,898 to be used for the salary of a part- <br />time membership coordinator for the Portsmouth Museums. <br /> <br />2. That funding for said appropriation shall be from funds appropriated in the <br />FY 2006-2007 Donations Fund, and the transfer of said funds to the FY 2006-2007 <br />General Fund Operating Budget is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2006-2007 General Fund Operating <br />Budget are increased by $14,898. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on August 8, 2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
