<br />wuiJ"~ HO ?OO/;bf<:.. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING IN THE FY 2006-2007 GENERAL FUND <br />OPERATING BUDGET THE SUM OF $15,565 RECEIVED IN ADDITIONAL <br />STATE AID FOR THE OPERATION OF THE CITY LIBRARIES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the sum of $15,565 received from the Commonwealth of Virginia is <br />hereby appropriated in the FY 2006-2007 General Fund Operating Budget for the <br />operation of the City's libraries <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenues in the FY 2006-2007 General Fund Operating <br />budget are increased by $15,565. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on July 25, 2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
