<br />ORDINANCE 110 200~62 <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY'S FY 2006-2007 GENERAL FUND <br />OPERATING BUDGET TO INCREASE ESTIMATED REVENUES AND <br />EXPENDITURES BY THE SUM OF $9,641 TO PROVIDE FOR LAW LIBRARY <br />STAFFING. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the FY 2006-2007 General Fund Operating Budget be amended by <br />appropriating therein the additional sum of $9,641 to be used for staffing expenses for <br />the Law Library. <br /> <br />2. That funding for said appropriation shall be from funds appropriated in the <br />FY 2006-2007 Law Library Fund, and the transfer of said funds to the FY 2006-2007 <br />General Fund Operating Budget is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2006-2007 General Fund Operating <br />Budget are increased by $9,641. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on July 25,2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
