<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 11_2005-57. <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-05-09 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RS-75, the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-05-09, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Commercial C-2, and that said property is <br />hereby zoned as Commercial C-2. <br /> <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Residential RS-75 to Commercial C-2 is furthermore described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-05-09 <br /> <br />Beginning at a point 297't east of the northeast corner of Loudoun <br />Avenue and Scott Street; thence, in an easterly direction 81 't to a <br />point; thence, in a northwesterly direction II O't to a point; thence, <br />in a westerly direction 27't to a point; thence, in southerly <br />direction 108't to the point of the beginning. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on July 26, 2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
