<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORD_ItO.20Q5:~56_ <br /> <br />ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $36,478 IN THE 2005- <br />2006 BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES FUND OPERATING BUDGET <br />IN ADDITIONAL FUNDS ALLOCATED BY THE 2005 GENERAL ASSEMBLY <br />APPROPRIATIONS ACT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the 2005 General Assembly Appropriations Act, Item 334, approved <br />$36,478 in additional funds for provision of Part C Early Intervention Services to Infants <br />and Toddlers by the Department of Behavioral Healthcare Services; <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenue in the 2005-2006 Behavioral Healthcare Services <br />Fund Operating Budget is increased by $36,478 for said purpose. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on July 12,2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
