<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />URDltWCE HO~005-49 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A U.S. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE <br />(USDA) REIMBURSEMENT GRANT AND APPROPRIATING $488,770 IN THE <br />FY 2004-2005 GRANTS FUND FOR THE USDA SUMMER FOOD PROGRAM. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the City of Portsmouth accepts a reimbursement grant from the U.S. <br />Department of Agriculture (USDA) in the amount of $488,770 and appropriates said <br />amount in the FY 2004-2005 Grants Fund Operating Budget for the USDA Summer <br />Food Program. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenue in the FY 2004-2005 Grants Fund Operating <br />Budget is increased by $488,770. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on June 28, 2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
