<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />uRDlNANCE H02005-44 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,325 FROM <br />THE INSTITUTE OF MUSEUM AND LIBRARY SERVICES AND <br />APPROPRIATING $3,075 IN THE FY 2005-2006 GRANTS FUND OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR A COLLECTION ASSESSMENT FOR THE NAVAL SHIPYARD <br />MUSEUM. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Portsmouth hereby accepts a grant in the amount of <br />$2,325 from the Institute of Museum and Library Services. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />That a condition ofthe grant requires a local cash match of $750. <br /> <br />3. <br />Grants Fund <br />Museum. <br /> <br />That the sum of $3,075 is hereby appropriated in the FY 2005-2006 <br />Operating Budget for a collection assessment for the Naval Shipyard <br /> <br />4. That the City's estimated revenue in the FY 2005-2006 Grants Fund <br />Operating Budget is increased by $3,075. <br /> <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on July 1,2005. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on June 14,2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
