<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NOloOfl-43 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,000 FROM <br />THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND <br />APPROPRIATING A LIKE AMOUNT IN THE FY 2004-2005 GRANTS FUND <br />OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE LOCAL CAPABILITY ASSESSMENT FOR <br />READINESS (LCAR). <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the City of Portsmouth hereby accepts $2,000 in funds received from <br />the Virginia Department of Emergency Management and appropriates the same amount <br />in the FY 2004-2005 Grants Fund Operating Budget for a Local Capability Assessment <br />for Readiness (LCAR). <br /> <br />2. That the City's estimated revenue in the FY 2004-2005 Grants Fund <br />Operating Budget is increased by $2,000. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on June 14,2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
