<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />UrtUilWi~l KO.2005-45 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $198,050 <br />FROM THE BUSINESS CONSORTIUM FOR THE ARTS AND <br />APPROPRIATING THE SAME AMOUNT IN THE FY 2005-2006 GRANTS <br />FUND OPERATING BUDGET FOR EXHIBITS, PROGRAMS, AND <br />ASSOCIATED EXPENSES FOR THE COURTHOUSE GALLERIES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council ofthe City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Portsmouth hereby accepts $33,320 in funds received <br />from the Business Consortium for the Arts and appropriates the same amount in the FY <br />2005-2006 Grants Fund Operating Budget for exhibits, programs, and associated <br />expenses for the Courthouse Galleries. <br /> <br />2. That the City's estimated revenue in the FY 2005-2006 Grants Fund <br />Operating Budget is increased by $33,320. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on July 1,2005. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on June 14,2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
