<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />onOlNANCE NO. 2005-42 <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-05-04 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Commercial C-1, the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-05-04, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Residential RM-75, and that said property <br />is hereby zoned as Residential RM-75. <br /> <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Commercial C-1 to Residential RM-75 is furthermore described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-05-04 <br /> <br />Beginning at a point along the northern right of way <br />of Towne Point Road 185 feet west of the intersection of <br />Twin Pines Road and Town Point Road; thence in a <br />westerly direction approximately 370 feet to a point; thence <br />in a northerly direction 140 feet to a point; thence in an <br />easterly direction 370 feet to a point; thence in a southerly <br />direction 140 to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on May 24, 2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
