<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO.2005-22 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $19,911 FROM THE VIRGINIA STATE BOARD <br />OF ELECTIONS AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE GENERAL <br />FUND FOR WORKPLACE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE OFFICE OF THE <br />GENERAL REGISTRAR. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the City of Portsmouth hereby accepts the sum of $19,911 from the <br />Virginia State Board of Elections and appropriates said amount in the General Fund for <br />workplace improvements in the Office ofthe General Registrar. <br /> <br />2. That the City's estimated revenue in the FY 2004-2005 General Fund <br />Operating Budget is increased by $19,911. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on March 22, 2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
