<br />ORDINANCE NO~~~q9s-19.9 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $58,785 IN DISCHARGE ASSISTANCE <br />PROJECT FUNDING AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY <br />2005-2006 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE SERVICES FUND OPERATING <br />BUDGET TO ASSIST EASTERN STATE HOSPITAL CONSUMERS UPON <br />DISCHARGE INTO THE COMMUNITY. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Portsmouth hereby accepts $58,785 in Discharge <br />Assistance Project funds and appropriates said amount in the FY 2005-2006 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund Operating Budget to assist Eastern State Hospital consumers <br />upontheir discharge into the community. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenue in the FY 2005-2006 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund Operating Budget is increased by $58,785. <br /> <br />3.
