<br />ORDINANCE NO.2 0 0 s..-1 0 ~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $101,539 FROM THE VIRGINIA <br />DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH, MENTAL RETARDATION, AND <br />SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES IN ADDITIONAL COST OF LIVING <br />ADJUSTMENT (COLA) FUNDS AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN <br />THE FY 2005-2006 BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES FUND <br />OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE PURCHASE OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT <br />AND VEHICLES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Portsmouth hereby accepts $101,539 from the Virginia <br />Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation, and Substance Abuse Services in <br />additional Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) funds and appropriates said amount in the <br />FY 2005-2006 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund Operating Budget for the purchase <br />of computer equipment and vehicles. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenue in the FY 2005-2006 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund Operating Budget is increased by $101,539. <br /> <br />3.
