<br />, <br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />i,f; ~o 0_5.=.11.0. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING IN THE 2005-2006 COMMUNITY <br />PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FUND $168,224 OF EXCESS <br />CDBG PROGRAM INCOME RECEIVED IN FY 2005 TO BE USED FOR THE <br />ACQUISITION OF PROPERTIES IDENTIFIED IN THE CENTRE <br />AVENUE/OAK STREET REDEVELOPMENT PLAN. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That $168,224 in excess CDBG Program income received in FY 2005 is <br />hereby appropriated in the 2005-2006 Community Planning and Development Program <br />Fund for use for the acquisition of properties identified in the Center Avenue/Oak Street <br />Redevelopment Plan. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenue in the FY 2005-2006 Community Planning and <br />Development Program Fund is increased by $168,224. <br /> <br />3.
