<br />ORDltWlCE .L2005-103 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND <br />URBAN DEVELOPMENT GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $69,013 AND <br />APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2005-2006 BEHAVIORAL <br />HEAL THCARE SERVICES FUND OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE <br />SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Portsmouth hereby accepts a grant from the U.S. <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development in the amount of $69,013 and <br />appropriates said amount in the FY 2005-2006 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund <br />Operating Budget for use in the Supportive Housing Program to provide support services <br />to Shelter Plus Care consumers. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenue in the FY 2005-2006 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund Operating Budget is increased by $69,013. <br /> <br />3.
