<br />ORDINANCE .- 20 Q 5-1 0 2 <br />. ,4 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING GRANT FROM THE SENIOR SERVICES OF <br />SOUTHEASTERN VIRGINIA IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,400 AND <br />APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE 2005-2006 GRANTS FUND FOR <br />USE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS, RECREATION, AND LEISURE <br />SERVICES AT THE SENIOR STATION. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Portsmouth hereby accepts a grant from the Senior <br />Services of Southeastern Virginia in the amount of $1,400 and appropriates said amount <br />in the 2005-2006 Grants Fund for use by the Department of Parks, Recreation, and <br />Leisure Services at the Senior Station. <br /> <br />2. <br />$1,400. <br /> <br />That estimated revenue in the FY 2005-2006 Grants Fund is increased by <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on November 22,2005. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />
