<br />. <br /> <br />(6) Child graves: Sunday and state and federal holidays, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 <br />p.m. --$375 for a grave not exceeding a length of 48 inches, a width of 40 <br />inches, and a depth of 48 inches. <br />(7) Cremation graves: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.--$300 <br />(8) Cremation graves: Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.--$300 <br />(9) Cremation graves: Sunday and state and federal holidays, 9:00 a.m. to <br />4:00 p.m.--$375 <br />(10) Additional fee: For services where the funeral party is not present at the <br />graveside by 4:00 p.m.- $100. <br /> <br />(b) The above fees and charges shall be paid before the work is performed and <br />a receipt shall be issued therefore. <br /> <br />4. That Divisions 2 and 3 of Article II of Chapter 9 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia (1988) and Sections 9-81, 9-10 1, 9-103, and 9-126 contained <br />therein are repealed. <br /> <br />5.
