<br />u."'.nAitCE 1J_200~~0,.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $6,000.00 FROM THE VIRGINIA <br />DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH MENTAL RETARDATION AND <br />SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES TO DEFRAY START-UP COSTS OF <br />MENTAL RETARDATION COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL SERVICES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Portsmouth hereby accepts $6,000.00 from the Virginia <br />Department of Mental Health Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services and <br />appropriates said amount in the FY 2005-2006 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund <br />Operating Budget to defray private provider start-up costs for community residential <br />services for mentally retarded residents with Medicaid waivers. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenue in the FY 2005-2006 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund Operating Budget is increased by $6,000.00. <br /> <br />3.
