<br />UriUmAHC[ MJ~2005-89 <br />... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $6,000.00 FROM THE VIRGINIA <br />DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH MENTAL RETARDATION AND <br />SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN <br />THE FY 2005-2006 BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES FUND <br />OPERATING BUDGET FOR EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE <br />ACTIVITIES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council ofthe City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Portsmouth hereby accepts $6,000.00 from the Virginia <br />Department of Mental Health Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services and <br />appropriates said amount in the FY 2005-2006 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund <br />Operating Budget for emergency preparedness and response activities.. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenue in the FY 2005-2006 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund Operating Budget is increased by $6,000.00. <br /> <br />3.
