<br />"idJlfWCElI- 20~91 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $48,413.82 FROM THE VIRGINIA <br />DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH MENTAL RETARDATION AND <br />SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES IN HEAL TH REGION V (HPR V) <br />REINVESTMENT FUNDS AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY <br />2005-2006 BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES FUND OPERA TING <br />BUDGET TO ESTABLISH SUPPORTIVE INFRASTRUCTURE OF <br />COMMUNITY-BASED CARE IN THE CITY. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Portsmouth hereby accepts $48,413.82 from the Virginia <br />Department of Mental Health Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services in <br />Health Region V (HPR V) reinvestment funds and appropriates said amount in the FY <br />2005-2006 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund Operating Budget to establish <br />supportive infrastructure of community-based care in the City. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenue in the FY 2005-2006 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund Operating Budget is increased by $48,413.82. <br /> <br />3.
