<br />uriutHAHCE JI).? 0 0 5 - ~ 8 <br /> <br />. - <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A VIRGINIA TOBACCO SETTLEMENT <br />FOUNDATION GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,367.15 AND <br />APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2005-2006 GRANTS FUND FOR <br />YOUTH TOBACCO USE PREVENTION STRATEGIES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Portsmouth hereby accepts a grant from the Virginia <br />Tobacco Settlement Foundation in the amount of $2,367. 15 and appropriates said amount <br />in the FY 2005-2006 Grants Fund for use by the Department of Behavioral Healthcare for <br />youth tobacco use prevention strategies. <br /> <br />2. <br />$2,367.15. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That estimated revenue in the FY 2005-2006 Grants Fund is increased by <br /> <br />That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on November 8, 2005. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />
