Goodloe, P.C., dated January <br />5,2004, and revised January 26, 2004. <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Recommendation 4 of the above-referenced Traffic Impact Assessment <br />prepared by Bryant B. Goodloe, P.C., requiring the widening of McLean <br />Street at Greenwood Drive to allow a separate right turn lane for the <br />approach to Greenwood Drive and installing a traffic signal, including <br />interconnection with the signal at Victory Boulevard shall be replaced <br />with the use of an approved traffic circle designed to carry out the same <br />traffic calming and directional guidance originally deemed necessary.
