<br />~ 10,2005-69 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $385,000 <br />FROM THE UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY <br />AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR PRENTIS PARK NEIGHBORHOOD <br />WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Portsmouth hereby accepts a grant from the United States <br />Environmental Protection Agency in the amount of $385,000 and appropriates said <br />amount in the Public Utilities Capital Improvement Fund for the Prentis Park <br />Neighborhood Water and Sewer Rehabilitation Project. <br /> <br />2. That the City's estimated revenue in the FY 2005-2006 Public Utilities <br />Capital Improvement Fund is increased by $385,000. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption, <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />. on August 23, 2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />. <br />
