<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />The center shall be operated and maintained in accordance with all <br />required inspections by the City Fire Department, Public Health <br />Department, and Building Officials and shall include an initial inspection <br />prior to the opening of the business and annual inspections thereafter. <br /> <br />(i) The center shall be operated in compliance with all applicable codes, <br />ordinances, and regulations of federal, state, and local governments. All <br />required licenses and permits shall be maintained in effect during the time <br />of operation of the center. <br /> <br />G) All taxes and fees collected or associated with the operation of the center <br />on this property shall be paid to the City when due. <br /> <br />4.
