<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDlMItCE.II0. 2005-66 , <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL $235,000 IN THE FY <br />2004-2005 COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES ACT FUND OPERATING BUDGET. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the City receives funds from Medicaid for costs incurred by the <br />Department of Behavioral Healthcare Services for therapeutic and residential foster care <br />in FY 2004-2005. <br /> <br />2. That the grant requires a local match revenue transfer of $235,000, to be <br />reprogrammed from the FY 2004-2005 General Fund Operating Budget. <br /> <br />3. That the additional sum of $235,000 is appropriated in the FY 2004-2005 <br />Comprehensive Services Act Fund Operating Budget for therapeutic and residential <br />foster care costs incurred in FY 2005. <br /> <br />4. That estimated revenue in the FY 2004-2005 Comprehensive Services Act <br />Fund Operating Budget is increased by $235,000. <br /> <br />5, <br /> <br />That this ordinance shall take effect retraoactive to June 30, 2005. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on August 9, 2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
