<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />OROlNANCE HO. 20~. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND <br />EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY IN THE FY 2004-2005 COMPREHENSIVE <br />SERVCES ACT FUND OPERATING BUDGET. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That program revenues and expenditures for therapeutic and residential <br />foster care services increased during FY 2004-2005 by 31 % over FY 2003-2004 in the <br />Comprehensive Services Act ("CSA" Fund). <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenues and expenditure authority need to be increased <br />accordingly. <br /> <br />3. That the sum of $150,000 is appropriated to pay for all outstanding <br />services rendered from the additional program revenues billed to CSA clients during FY <br />2004-2005. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect retroactive to June 30, 2005. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on August 9, 2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
