<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />OROlNAHC[ NO. 2twl~-63_ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL $5,932 IN THE <br />GENERAL FUND OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE PORTSMOUTH PUBLIC <br />LIBRARY. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the City has received an additional $5,932 from the Library of <br />Virginia in State Aid for the Portsmouth Public Library for FY 2005-2006; <br /> <br />2. That the sum of $5,932 is appropriated in the FY 2005-2006 General Fund <br />Operating Budget, and estimated revenues for FY 2005-2006 are increased by the same <br />amount; and <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on August 9, 2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
