<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDltWR 8- 20~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND VACATING AN UNNAMED STREET LOCATED <br />AT THE EASTERN RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF FREDERICK BOULEVARD NEAR <br />THE INTERSECTION WITH BAGLEY STREET. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Portsmouth has requested the closure of An unnamed street <br />located at the eastern right of way line of Frederick Boulevard near the intersection with Bagley <br />Street as hereafter described; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a meeting held on July 5, 2005, recommended <br />approval of the closure and vacation of an unnamed street located at the eastern right of way line <br />of Frederick Boulevard near the intersection with Bagley Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notice of the proposed closure and vacation has been given the adjoining <br />property owners in accordance with Section 15.2-2006 of the Code of Virginia, as amended. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia that an unnamed street located at the eastern right of way line of Frederick Boulevard <br />near the intersection with Bagley Street be closed and vacated as a public street and right of way <br />and being shown on the attached Tax Map 205 and hatched for proper identification. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held on <br />August 9, 2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
