<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />OROlHAJfCE HO.~.Q.~.. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $45,885 FROM <br />THE BYRNE MEMORIAL GRANT PROGRAM AND APPROPRIATING $61,179 <br />IN THE FY 2005-2006 GRANTS FUND FOR THE PROJECT EXILE PROGRAM. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it accepts a grant from the Byrne Memorial Grant Program in the <br />amount of$45,885. <br /> <br />2. That the grant requires a local match of$15,294. <br /> <br />3. That the sum of$61,179 is appropriated in the FY 2005-2006 Grants Fund <br />Operating Budget for the Project Exile Program. <br /> <br />4. That estimated revenue in the FY 2005-2006 Grants Fund Operating <br />Budget is increased by $61,179. <br /> <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on July 26,2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
