. EXHIBIT B REVENUE SHARING Revenue generated by the Facility shall be shared between the Parties as follows: 1. TICKETS a. An Admission Tax (currently 10%) paid to the City of Portsmouth in accordance with applicable law; b. $2,000.00 flat payment to Owner for each Pavilion Event for which tickets are sold, except for events held pursuant to Section 4.4, paid monthly on or before the 20th day of the month following the month in which such amount accrued; c. Manager to pay all costs associated with its booked events (except expenses for which the Owner is responsible as specifically stated herein), including, but not limited to: . Advertising Catering & Hospitality Forklift Riggers Show Equipment Rental Stagehands Ticket Printing Ushers ASCAP/BMI/SESAC Credit Card Charges Local Ground Transportation Show Clean up Sound & Lights Support Talent Ticket Sellers Backline Event Security Production Phone Lines Show Electrician Stage Manager Talent Ticket Takers d. Balance of Revenue, if any, shall be retained by Manager. 2. FACILITY FEE AND INCENTIVE a. Facility Fee: $1.00 collected by Manager in connection with Pavilion Events and due to the Owner on every ticket sold over $15.00 ($15.01 & up), to be maintained by Owner in a segregated account in accordance with Section 6.1. The Facility Fee shall be paid to the Owner on or before the 20th day of the month following the month in which such amount is collected. b. Incentive: An amount of $1.00 (subject to increase as set forth in the Section 6.3) collected by Manager and retained by Manager on every ticket sold, in accordance with Section 6.3. The Facility Fee and the Incentive may be listed together on tickets as a "Facility and Management Fee" or "FMF." 3. PARKING FEE $1.00 will be added to all paid event tickets as a parking fee and shall be due to the Owner on or before the 20th day of the month following the month of collection. . 22
