(d) <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />The applicant shall be responsible for the cost (if any) and upgrading of <br />public utilities for this development. <br /> <br />Any revisions to the site plan or elevations made through the group <br />housing application process, including any changes by City Council, must <br />be submitted to the Director of Planning Zoning for approval prior to <br />issuance of building permit. <br /> <br />The Downtown Design Committee shall approve any subsequent changes <br />to the exterior elevations. <br /> <br />The applicant shall comply with the waste management plan approved by <br />the Department of General Services on August 13, 2004. <br /> <br />The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances and <br />regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain and <br />maintain all necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br />All taxes and fees owed in connection with the property shall be paid <br />when due. <br /> <br /> 3. EXPIRATION OF PERMIT: Unless extended as provided under <br />Section 40-115 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), the group housing <br />use permit shall expire for any portion of the approved project for which building permits <br />have not been issued if the applicant fails to apply for all building permits for the entire <br />project within one year of the adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br /> 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions <br />may serve as grounds for revocation of the permit by the City Council. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on October 12, 2004. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
