R-04-48 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH PORTSMOUTH <br />MUSEUMS FOUNDATION CONCERNING WINTER WONDERLAND. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the City <br />Manager, acting for and on behalf of the City, be and hereby is authorized to execute and deliver <br />the attached Agreement with Portsmouth Museums Foundation concerning Winter Wonderland, <br />or one substantially similar thereto. The City Manager is further authorized to take such other <br />and further actions necessarily implied by this authorization. <br /> <br />This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held on <br />September 28, 2004. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
