"DINANCE, <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE FY-2004-05 OPERATING BUDGET BY <br />APPROPRIATING $14,632 IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR INMATE MEDICAL <br />SERVICES FOR THE PORTSMOUTH CITY JAIL. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the FY 2004-05 Operating Budget is hereby amended by <br />appropriating $14,632 in additional revenue received from the Sheriff for inmate medical <br />services for the Portsmouth City Jail. <br /> <br /> 2. That estimated revenues in the City's FY 2004-2005 Operating Budget are <br />increased by $14,632. <br /> <br /> 3.
