'; DINANCE NO?oo,,-?,,. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $16,845 IN SUMMER FOOD PROGRAM <br />GRANT FUNDS FROM THE US DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE (USDA) <br />AND APPROPRIATING SAID SUM IN THE GRANTS FUND FOR <br />OUTSTANDING PROGRAM EXPENSES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City of Portsmouth accepts $16,845 in Summer Food Program <br />Gram funds from the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), and appropriates said <br />amount in the Grants Fund for outstanding Program expenses, including supplies and the <br />upgrade of food sites; <br /> <br /> 2. That the City's estimated revenues in the FY 2004-2005 Operating Budget <br />are increased by $16,845; and <br /> <br /> 3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br /> on December 14, 2004. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
