AN ORDINANCE TO REPROGRAM $317,150 PREVIOUSLY APPROPRIATED <br />IN THE GENERAL FUND OF THE FY 2004-2005 OPERATING BUDGET FOR <br />VARIOUS INITIATIVES RELATED TO IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CITY'S <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND THE CITYWIDE DEVELOPMENT AND <br />IMPLEMENTATION OF STRATEGIC OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City Council authorizes the reprogramming of $317,150 in funds <br />previously appropriated in the General Fund of the FY 2004-2005 Operating Budget as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Urban design services .................................................. $ 250,000 <br /> <br />Employment services ................................................... 54,200 <br /> <br />Additional costs related to above items ..............................12,950 <br /> <br />Total Reprogrammed Funds <br /> <br />$ 317,150 <br /> <br /> 2. That adoption of this ordinance does not appropriate additional funds for <br />the above-referenced General Fund activities. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on December 14, 2004. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
