RDINANCE NO. oo -oo <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE FY 2004-05 OPERATING BUDGET BY <br />APPROPRIATING $48,000 IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE OFFICE OF <br />THE COMMONWEALTH'S ATTORNEY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the FY 2004-05 is hereby amended by appropriating in the General <br />Fund the sum of $48,000 in additional revenue received from the Commonwealth of <br />Virginia for current employee salary supplements in Office of the Commonwealth's <br />Attorney. <br /> <br /> 2. That the City's estimated revenues are increased by $48,000. <br /> <br /> 3.
