ORDINANC[ NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $44,591 IN COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA <br />TECHNOLOGY TRUST FUNDS AND APPROPRIATING SAID SUM IN THE <br />GENERAL FUND FOR TECHNOLOGY IMPROVEMENTS IN THE OFFICE OF <br />THE CIRCUIT COURT CLERK. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City of Portsmouth accepts $44,591 in Commonwealth of <br />Virginia Technology Trust funds and appropriates said amount in the General Fund for <br />technology improvements in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk. <br /> <br /> 2. That the City's estimated revenues are increased by $44,591. <br /> <br /> 3.
