DINANC[ <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-04-05. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RS-75, the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-04-05, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Commercial C-2, and that said property is <br />hereby zoned as Commercial C-2. <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Residential RS-75 to Commercial C-2 is furthermore described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-04-05 <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point approximately 164.5 feet <br />southwest of the intersection of George Washington <br />Highway and Greenwood Drive along the western right-of- <br />way line of George Washington Highway; thence west <br />approximately 127.07 feet to a point; thence southwest <br />approximately 63.42 feet to a point; thence south <br />approximately 81.79 feet to a point; thence west <br />approximately 91.2 feet to a point; thence south <br />approximately 54.99 feet to a point; thence east <br />approximately 130.83 feet to the western right-of-way line <br />of George Washington Highway; thence northeast <br />approximately 189.59 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />3.
