" ORDINAIg[ NO <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTERS 11.1, 33, 39, AND 40 OF THE CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (1988) BY AMENDING <br />SECTION 11.1-1 THEREOF, BY ADOPTING NEW SECTIONS 11.1-2 AND 11.1- <br />3, AND BY REPEALING SECTIONS 33-91, 39-84, AND 40-151 THEREOF <br />PERTAINING TO VARIOUS SUBDIVISION, ZONING, AND WETLANDS <br />FEES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 11.1-1 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia <br />(1988) be amended and reordained to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 11.1-1. Planning and zoning fees and charges. <br /> <br /> The following fees shall be paid upon filing of an application for the listed <br />planning and zoning activity. No application shall be considered complete unless <br />accompanied by the required fee. Where multiple applications are involved or where an <br />application involves multiple reviews, the fees shall be the cumulative total of the fees for <br />each application or review.
