ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE.Z-04-04 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouthl Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Downtown D-1-M-K Mixed .Use <br />(Conditional), the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-04- <br />04, is hereby amended and changed to amend the conditions attached to the property <br />described below. <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />That the property affected by this ordinance is furthermore described as <br /> <br />Z-04-04 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the southeast comer of the intersection <br />of Washington Street and County Street; thence xn a <br />southerly direction approximately 90' to a point; thence ~n a <br />easterly direction approximately 90' to a point; thence m a <br />northerly direction approximately 25' to a point; thence ~n a <br />westerly direction approximately 25' to a point: thence ~n a <br />northerly direction approximately 45' to a point; thence ~n a <br />westerly direction approximately 5' to a point; thence ~n a <br />northerly direction approximately 20' to a point; thence m a <br />westerly direction approximately 60' to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That the subject property shall be subject to the following condition as <br />proffered by the applicant for rezoning: <br /> <br /> The hours of operation shall be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday. <br /> <br /> 4.
