AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE IN THE GENERAL FUND THE SUM OF <br />$1,572,247 RECEIVED FROM THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT <br />AGENCY AS REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES RELATED TO <br />HURRICANE 1SABEL . <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of $1,572,247 received from the Federal Emergency <br />Management Agency as reimbursement for expenses related to Hurricane Isabel is <br />appropriated in the General Fund. <br /> <br /> 2. That estimated City revenues are increased accordingly by said amount. <br /> <br /> 3.
