ORDINANCE <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-04-03 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Industrial M-l-R, the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-04-03, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Commercial C-2 and Industrial M-l, and <br />that said property is hereby zoned as Commercial C-2 and Industrial M-1. <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Industrial M-1-R to Commercial C-2 is furthermore described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning on the south right-of-way line of Airline <br />Boulevard a distance of approximately 186' west from its <br />intersection with Elmhurst Lane; thence continuing west <br />along Airline Boulevard a distance of approximately 360' to <br />a point', thence south approximately 188' to a point; thence <br />west approximately 132' to the east right-of way line of <br />Greenwood Drive; thence southerly along said right-of way <br />approximately 682' to a point; thence east approximately <br />828' to the west right-of-way line of Elmhurst Lane; thence <br />northerly along said right-of-way approximately 625' to a <br />point; thence west approximately 185' to a point; thence <br />northerly approximately 202' to the south right-of-way line <br />of Airline Boulevard, the point of origin. <br /> <br /> 3. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Industrial M-1-R to Industrial M-1 is furthermore described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning 151' east of the northeast comer of the intersection of <br />Garwood Drive and Greenwood Drive; thence in a northerly <br />direction approximately 170' to a point; thence in a easterly <br />direction approximately 566' to a point; thence in a southerly <br />direction approximately 135' to a point; thence in a westerly <br />direction approximately 566' to the point of beginning <br /> <br />4.
